We used two GH-S37D micro servos, these motors are capable of rotating around 180° horizontally and tilting 150° vertically.
Making a pan-tilt drone camera with it would also be a good idea.

The control board is included, you don’t need anything else to power it, just make sure the board is connected to the Raspberry Pi GPIO correctly.
