Hilton is pushing for larger footprints to their Southeast Asia region. With Marriott acquiring Starwood in 2017 and fully integrated by 2019 there was huge competition in one of the most popular city destinations, Bangkok, Thailand.

We love our hotel experiences and sharing authentic reviews of everywhere we stay. We thought it would be helpful to put together a ranking of what was the Best Hilton Property in Bangkok. Prices aside, we are determining our decision by three criteria of Location, Amenities and Upgrade, and the hard product room which will help us decide, which property will remain supreme.

Having actually stayed in all of the Hilton Properties in Bangkok over the past 3 years, we wanted to share with you our personal experiences, both good and not so good. We will begin with our lowest ranked hotel to our highest ranked hotel.

1. Waldorf Astoria Bangkok (stay 2018)
2. Millennium Hilton Bangkok (stay 2020)
3. Conrad Bangkok (stay 2018)
4. Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok (stay 2018)
5. Double Tree Sukhumvit (stay 2018)
6. Double Tree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit (stay 2020)

This list will most likely change due to the fact that there are three hotels that are slated to open in 2022. We have a new Hilton Bangkok Ratchada that boasts over a staggering 608 rooms taking over the former Grand Ayudahaya Hotel in Ratchada. The first ever Hilton Garden Inn in Bangkok that will be centrally located in the ICON SIAM Mall. Lastly, a boutique portfolio known as the Canopy which will bring the total from 6 to 9 Hilton properties in the ever popular Bangkok.

As travel begins to slowly regain momentum and travel restrictions are lessen around the world, we would expect to see even more properties to pop up in the near future.
