Socket Preservation in the Posterior Jaw - WEBINAR by Cobi Landsberg

Dr. Landsberg presents different treatment modalities for the regeneration of post-extraction sites in non-aesthetic regions. His main focus is on the use of permamem® for open healing socket preservation.

Dr. Landsberg is currently a member of the editorial board of Journal Of Cosmetic Dentistry (JCD) and since 1995, has been an active member in the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED). He has published numerous scientific and clinical articles on periodontology and implant dentistry. Dr. Landsberg maintains a private practice limited to periodontics and implant and regenerative surgery in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Due to the anatomy and location, fresh extraction alveoli in the posterior area require different treatment approaches as compared to aesthetic cases. In this webinar, Dr. Landsberg demonstrates the use of resorbable and non-resorbable membranes for socket sealing. Emphasis lays on the socket morphology and the necessity of primary wound closure. Different clinical situations are discussed with the help of case presentations based on his routine daily practice.
