BEST CAMPING spot on the GOLD COAST AUSTRALIA including our vegan meals and a secret waterhole - We share with you all the vegan camp food recipes, our camping location, our digital detox, the beautiful bush walk, the stunning secret waterhole that we stumbled across and the driving scenery to all the locations. :) we felt so calm and reconnected after this bush walk. But the secret waterhole took us by surprise! It was magical :)

This magical camping location is less than a 2 hour drive from the Gold Coast or Brisbane - its perfect for couples, families and you can bring your best fur friend. The Big Riggen is DOG Friendly! :)

TIPS/Suggestions if you plan this adventure:
1. Arrive to the campsite early to secure a nice little posy by the creek (unpowered).
2. Bring lip balm as it is very dry out there.
3. Yoga mats are GREAT! We used them to star gaze and lay around the fire listening to music.
4. Bring boxed water. We brought 20L with us which was JUST enough.
5. We packed 5 gas cans not expecting to use as much as we did. So we suggest you pack a minimum of 5 gas cans if you are staying 4 nights.
6. There is a BEAUTIFUL running creek where you can drift down in your kayak or float, so, definitely bring them. :)
7. Leave travel wine glasses in your adventure car, because you never know when you are going to find a great location to watch a sunset.
