The reason why we asked this question is because when we are working in the business, we are going 100 mph, which means a lot of times, we neglect the feelings of not only others, but also ourselves.
We may feel very thankful and appreciative of our teammates, friends and family, but we don’t show them because we are so focused on the task at end. Also, it may be because these are often sticky feelings that we avoid from talking about as it is just lame and embarrassing.
By slowing down and really taking the time to thank each other, we are able to really show our feelings from deep down. This process really gets the love spreading.
This is how we build a culture.
