Sintra is a beautiful town and it really worth the time and trouble fit this location into your small vacation to Portugal. You will fall in love and understaind better Portugal.

What to visit in Sintra Portugal? Well, we took a day trip from Lisbon to Sintra because we only had a day to visit but Sintra need a lot more than a single day to explore.

There are 2 circuits that you can do once you get to Sintra, the short one that includes the Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle and the long one that includes all the castles in this amazing natural reservation.

We visited only the Pena Palace, the Moorish Castle and then we had an amazing lunch at a restaurant in Sintra. The quality of the food was amazing and we paid only 12 euro/person and this included 3 dishes + water, soft drink or a glass of wine.
