From its founding as "VICA - The Vocational Industrial Clubs of America" in 1965 to its transition into "SkillsUSA" in 2004, the video makes it clear that, while the faces have changed, the SkillsUSA mission to empower its members to become world-class workers, leaders and responsible American citizens has never wavered.
