Monroe County farmer takes last ride on his combine

The casket for Dale Conard, who died recently in a farm accident, is carried on the feeder house of his combine during his funeral procession on Bethel Lane to Bethel Cemetery where he was laid to rest, November 15, 2019 in Bloomington, Ind. Services for Conard were held at The Funeral Chapel on East Third before the procession. Conard was well known in the Bloomington, and surrounding community, for being a farmer, and his nearly four decade involvement with the Monroe County Fair.
