This chapter had more development than the crimes one.
We finally have the succubus's name and her wish.

Also if you look at it the other way, all would be avoided if 1) great grandma would have simply not summoned a demon or 2) honoured their pact instead of running away and dooming her bloodline lmao.

Also i guess this chapter also answers the age old question by PB's writing. "Who would win between a vampire and a werewolf?" the answer is a succubus who is not even using 100% of her power.
