Part 4 of the series we instruct how to smooth out the panel with an English Wheel. We add area to the bonnet sub panel to fit the Flexible Shape Pattern. Then using the English Wheel as a fulcrum we start to arrange the panel so that it starts to look like the front of the E-Type Bonnet.
