Jesse plays clips of a conversation between Maria Bartiromo (apparently that’s how to pronounce her name) and Donald Trump during which he admits that he is refusing to fully fund the Post Office during the pandemic to negatively impact absentee voting. Some of what he said concerning the matter is, “Now they need that money in order to make the post office work so it can take all of these millions and millions of ballots... But if they don’t get those two items that means you can’t have universal mail-in voting...”
