OAK RIDGE vs DR PHILLIPS!!! BATTLE OF HIGH SCHOOL POWERHOUSES!

The game the city has been waiting for! Elite high schools Dr.Phillips & Oak Ridge met up tonight in a HUGE battle! Jalen Smith would suffer 2 wrist dislocations as the first play of the game. My prayers go out to Jalen, his family & the Oak Ridge Squad! Oak Ridge started the game off to a good start, leading by 10 throughout the whole first half. Heading into the 3rd, Dr.Phillips went on a huge run to finish the 3rd quarter only down by 2. Throughout the 4th quarter, both teams kept fighting back and forth. It would come down to a tie game and Fabio Basili was able to penetrate the "Panthers" defense. Dr. Phillips got called for a goaltend and had 3.3 seconds to draw something up. It would be Oak Ridge who finished out on top against DP. Final score was 49-47. Oak Ridge plays OCP Monday. Huge game!
