Katerina still lives with her parents. Her husband hopes to get her back. However, Katerina is still thinking about Anton and wants to talk to him. But Anton continues to avoid her. He is against relations with a married woman.
Katerina makes first noticeable progress at work, her relations with the colleagues improve, and only envious Alexandra hates Katerina more and more. Alla Yuryevna tries to find a new husband for Katerina. To that end, she even becomes the client of the fitness club and makes Katerina’s life unbearable not only at home but at work too. She consequently tried to marry Katerina to instructor Pavel and then to her girlfriend’s nephew. At last, she gets acquainted with Anton in the street and brings him home, making both Katerina and Anton uncomfortable as they have to pretend that they don’t know each other. Kirill drove his lover out and is ready for anything to get his wife back. Anton thinks that Katerina is using him, and leaves. Arkadiy irritates Marina and she tries dating other men but unexpectedly, they all pale in comparison to Arkadiy. Svetlana uses Oleg trying to make her husband jealous. Having no idea about Svetlana’s plans, Oleg perceives it as her consent to date him.
