My Schedule And Sleep

Good sleep depends not only on what you do in the evening, but it can be affected by your wake up time, exercises, eating habits, light you are getting and your routine in general.

I try to have a schedule which allows my body and brain to develop a good sleeping habit. Here is my typical day:
5:00AM wake up
French class, while getting ready
5:30AM walking
Meditation after walk
Workout
Shower
7:30AM ready for work (I am working from home)
10AM breakfast
2 or 3PM lunch
5PM me time (self-development, hobby or cleaning)
6PM shower
7PM dinner
8PM notes
9PM facial with candles
9:30PM going to bed and listen to Yoga Nidra meditation

On Saturdays I usually meet up with friends and on Sundays I spend more time on self-development, hobbies and cleaning.

Few useful advices:
Try not to have a lot of light in the evening.
Carbs help to fall asleep, so it is better to have carbs for dinner rather then breakfast, it turns on parasympathetic nervous system.
It is better to wake up and go to bed at the same time everyday.
If you expose your retinas to natural light within two hours after sunrise, it can help to regulate circadian rhythm.
Take a walk around sunset time too if possible.
Don’t drink too much water before you go to sleep.

Cookies in this video are made of 5 dates, 3 table spoons of nut butter, about 1/2 cup of oats and about 3-4 table spoons of oat milk. I usually add ingredients and look if I like the consistency 😁 Healthy and yummy! 🤤😉🥰
