Troy-Bilt TB200 no start trouble shooting.

I picked this Troy_Bilt up this afternoon for $40. It included a 5 gallon gas can and two grass catchers. Previous owner said it would not start. They had bought it new from Lowe's. I replaced the spark plug with a new one to eliminate that possibility. NO start, so then i gave it some happy Juice and all is well. Will remove carburetor, clean and replace.
