Fan fest gets Arlington ready for IndyCar this weekend

IndyCar will hold a race through the streets of Arlington, Texas this weekend, and a fan fest was held Wednesday to get fans excited for the event. FOX 4's Steven Dial has more on the race's course and the fan fest.
