Coach Veronica is back with a 20 Minute HIIT Treadmill Workout!! We are hitting 60 seconds at a base pace before pushing for a minute and doing a 30 second hard push before coming back down to base. Get ready to get sweaty!

HARD PUSH: 30 seconds - 6.5 - 8.5 mph
RECOVER: 1 minute
LONG PUSH: 4 minutes - 6.0 - 8.0 mph
Cooldown at the end!
