We create this video to show to our guys at our annual Christmas banquet every year. So there may be some "inside humor" that may seem strange to you, but just laugh with the rest of us. We love to work hard, but that sure doesn't keep us from playing hard, even at other team members' expense at times. 😂

to each of our incredible guys. We have an amazing team. We are deeply grateful for each one of them that slug it out, through the cold, mud, rain, and heat. The morale internally in the company is sky high. They cover for each other, support each other, and work together like a well oiled machine. We credit the strong leadership of our owners, Steve and Matt Martin, which fosters the common vision and commitment from each individual. We have 7-8 employees that have crossed the 10 year mark with us. Almost half of the company.

Here's to another strong year in 2019! (hopefully with less rain than 2018 🤪)
