Highly Sensitive Person or Autism?
Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) or Sensory Processing Sensitivity (SPS) has a lot of descriptive overlap with autism, more prominently in traits noted in plain-language autism (especially female) checklists. So, I thought we would go over what Highly Sensitive Person is and bring some understanding as to the differences.
