Right now we are living in a world full of distractions. We are constantly being bombarded with text messages, emails, and social media posts. This creates a psychological distraction, causing us to feel like our attention is being dissipated in a million different directions. When we feel distracted, busy, and stressed it's hard for us to stay focused on our healthy diets and exercise routines. It's also hard to stay happy and productive when we can't pay attention.
Our psychological health is just as important as our physical health. Today's video will talk about fighting distraction. We'll give you actionable tips on how to get rid of distractions in your life so that you can find the best use for your time.
If you want to stop wasting attention, the process starts by taking a hard look at yourself and figuring out what is zapping your attention throughout the day and causing a distraction. Make a list of all the things you are spending your time on throughout the day and how much time you spent doing it. This will help you identify if you are wasting too much time on certain activities, leaving you feeling busy and distracted.
