In this video I review the Bowflex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbells. I've actually had these for over 5 years now, but it's only been this year where I've been able to use them extensively because of quarantine. I didn't have a gym for over 6 months and had to rely on these dumbbells for my workouts.
