STANDING EXERCISE FOR THIGHS 8 LEGS | 12 Minutes Workout for Small Legs And Beautiful Thighs

Here is a standing exercise routine that targets the thighs and legs, designed to be completed in 12 minutes:

1. Squats (2 minutes)
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lower your body as if you are sitting back into a chair, keeping your chest up and your knees behind your toes.
- Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for 2 minutes.

2. Lunges (2 minutes)
- Stand with your feet together and take a step forward with your right leg.
- Lower your body until both knees are bent at a 90-degree angle, keeping your front knee aligned with your ankle.
- Push through your front heel to return to the starting position and repeat on the other leg.
- Continue alternating lunges for 2 minutes.

3. Calf Raises (2 minutes)
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
- Rise up onto your toes, lifting your heels off the ground.
- Lower your heels back down to the ground.
- Repeat for 2 minutes.

4. Side Leg Lifts (2 minutes)
- Stand with your feet together and place your hands on your hips.
- Lift your right leg out to the side, keeping it straight.
- Lower your leg back down and repeat on the other side.
- Continue alternating side leg lifts for 2 minutes.

5. Sumo Squats (2 minutes)
- Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart and toes pointing slightly outward.
- Lower your body down, keeping your chest up and your knees aligned with your toes.
- Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for 2 minutes.

Remember to warm up before starting the exercise routine and cool down/stretch afterwards. Adjust the duration and intensity of each exercise based on your fitness level and comfort. Additionally, maintaining a balanced diet and engaging in regular exercise will contribute to overall leg and thigh toning.
