How to Make Hot Honey Chicken Wings in a Weber Kettle

In this video i'm going to show you how to make hot honey chicken wings!

These chicken wings were up there with the best wings i've EVER had!

Here's the hot honey recipe:

- 250g hot honey
- 1/2 a green jalapeno
- 1tsp chilli flakes
- 1tsp hot sauce (I used tabasco)

Make sure you don't let the honey boil, just a gentle simmer for this recipe.

Here's the mac n cheese recipe:

- 250g elbow pasta
- 2tbs butter
- 2tbs flour
- 1-1.5 cups of milk
- 1/4 cup thickened cream
- 1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup gruyere cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste (I used my Garlic Goals seasoning)
- Sprinkle of parmesan to top when baking
