"It's not about taking any prisoners when you're playing this sort of music." In this interview, trumpet player Robert Vanryne talks about playing the Magnificat, which he performed with the Netherlands Bach Society for All of Bach. It seems Bach pushes the trumpets a little further to emphasize the joyful feeling of this piece.
