1. Adani Defence Systems & Technologies Ltd has acquired a majority stake in Air Works for ₹400 crore.

Air Works is India’s top private aircraft maintenance company.

With this deal, Adani Group will now have 7 airports and a major Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operation.

2. Reliance Digital Health has announced its acquisition of a 45% stake in Health Alliance Group.

This deal is valued at $10 million.

The investment will help build an online healthcare platform that will provide healthcare services to people who currently lack access.

3. Physics Wallah is planning to launch an IPO worth $400 to $500 million in 2025.

In 2024, the company raised $210 million in Series B funding, increasing its valuation to $2.8 billion.

Physics Wallah currently operates in 105 Indian cities.

4. Nissan, Honda, and Mitsubishi are planning a merger by 2025.

This will be one of the biggest mergers, expected to be finalized by June 2025.
