how to make a nice vegetable cutlet
ingredients
vegetables of your choice
we take
carrots finely chopped - 100 gm
chopped beans-100 gm
cooked and crushed green peas -1 bowl
boiled and smashed potatoes-1 kg
beaten eggs -2
redchilli powder-2 tsp
rusk powder
coriander leaves
garlic -6
ginger -2
greenchilly - 4
garam masala or chicken masala- 1 tbsp
salt
oil -2 tbsp
preparation
grind ginger,garlic,greenchilly and chicken masala to a paste.
heat oil in a kadai add this paste and sauté till is dry and the raw smell goes .
now add coriander leaves and sauté.
add redchilli powder.saute then add vegetables and crushed green peas.add more salt because we have boiled potatoes without adding salt.
now cover and cook on a low flame for about 5 to 7 minutes.open and sauté .switch off the flame.
now let it cool.add this mix in to boiled and smashed potatoes.combine them well.
now make balls of it and give a shapeof your choice.
now dip each piece in the beaten eggs and then cover it with the rusk powder.keep aside
heat enough oil to fry it.when oil is hot put the cutlet one by one.fry both sides.take it out once done.
tasty cutlet is ready
we can make approximately 20 to 25 cutlets with this much amount of ingredients.
