Chevy Reduced Engine Power || Clearing Throttle Body Codes

Looking at this 2009 Express 4.3L splattered with bird feces. Had reduced power message on the cluster and codes P0572 (brake switch) and P1516, P2101, P2176 which are all throttle body codes. I was only able to clear P2176 (and take it out of reduced power mode) when the engine was running. The solution here is to replace the electronic throttle body and gasket.
