Hydraulic welding table.

In this video I make a hydraulically height adjustable scissor welding table. This project was realized in collaboration with a Dutch company called the welding table shop.

The worktop has a thickness of 15mm and the dimensions of 1600x900mm. The frame is made of 100x50x4mm tube, the hydraulic cylinders are 60mm in diameter.

The lifting capacity is estimated at 1000kg, or 2200Lbs. That is at a working pressure of 200 bar, 2900 psi. The lifting height above the finished floor is 1200mm.

The pipes run through a jacket pipe from the hydraulic unit through the concrete floor to the cylinders of the table. For the ground cable I poured a steel strip into the floor. This way you have a wonderfully free workplace.
