How to Cook Oatmeal | 4 INDULGENT but HEALTHY Recipes | Vegan Breakfast Bowl Inspiration
How to cook healthy oatmeal 4 different ways; all of these oatmeal recipes are super indulgent, but tasty breakfast bowls nonetheless. These comforting heathy vegan breakfasts will become a staple if you're looking for new, inspired ways to cook oatmeal!

Apple pie oatmeal:
1/4 each Quick and Rolled Oats
1/2 scoop Vanilla protein powder*
1-2 drops of Molasses
1-2 drops Stevia or any sweetener of choice
1 cup Almond milk or any plant milk
1/2 cubed Apple
1/4 tsp each Clove, Cinnamon, Salt, and Nutmeg
1 Tbsp Monkfruit sugar*
Coconut oil or vegan butter for the pan
Hemps seeds, yogurt and honey for topping.
Spiced Chai Oats:
1/4 each Quick and Rolled Oats
1/4 tsp Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove and Salt
1 tsp Cashew butter
1-2 drops Stevia or any sweetener of choice
1 cup Black tea
Baked pear, hemp seeds, dried blueberries, and yogurt for topping.
T&J Oats:
1/4 each Quick and Rolled Oats
1/4 tsp each Cinnamon and Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1-2 drops Stevia or any sweetener of choice
1 cup Almond milk or any plant milk
Jam: simply stew 1/4 frozen blueberries in a saucepan on medium-high heat along with 1/2 tsp lemon juice or ACV and 1 Tbsp monk fruit sugar or coconut sugar. Gently mash with a fork. Let this stew for about 5-8 minutes until most of the liquid from the berries evaporates. Remove from the heat and let sit for 3 minutes, it will firm up and become quite thick. That's it, super simple.
Top with jam, yogurt, fresh strawberries and blueberries, hemp seeds and the tahini.
Mocha Oats:
1/4 each Quick and Rolled Oats
1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
1 tsp Dandy blend*
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Salt
1-2 drops Stevia or any sweetener of choice
1 cup Almond milk or any plant milk
Top with yogurt, banana coins, strawberries, cacao nibs (or chocolate), hemp seeds, and cashew butter.
