2001 * Polaris World was the largest golf resort developer in the Murcia Region with half a dozen golf resorts located within the South East of Spain.

Started at the end of the property boom as was Condado de Alhama Golf so not fully completed.
Desert style 18 hole designed by Jack Nicklaus. Streets and roundabouts named after sportsmen & women. 400 apartments 24 hour security, clubhouse, restaurant, bar, Golf Pro shop and Spar supermarket.
