Chocolate - 200 grm
Butter - 100 grm
1+1/4 cup powdered sugar
Egg-3 ( ur egg ish too large use 2 egg)
1/2 cup maida
1/4 cup - cocoa powder
Pinch salt
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
🔥 Bake -25 to 30 minutes ,160 dgree

1. Use Good Quality Cocoa & Chocolate
• Always choose unsweetened cocoa powder and dark/semi-sweet chocolate for rich flavor.

2. Don’t Overmix the Batter
• After adding flour, gently fold the batter. Overmixing makes brownies cakey or tough.

3. Melt Butter Correctly
• Use melted butter for extra fudgy texture. Don’t overheat — warm is enough.

4. Line Your Pan
• Use parchment paper or lightly grease the pan to avoid sticking and easy removal.
