How to make Mexican Aguachile (EXTRA SPICY)

Spice level hot lava LOL

Ingredients
1 to 2 pounds of shrimp
20 to 25 chiles de árbol
10 chiles puya
2 dried chipotle
1 dried habanero
1/2 Tbs chiltepines
1/2 medium purple onion
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (or to taste)
1 cup lemon or lime juice + zest of two lemons or limes
1/4 cup water
1 Tbs Mexican oregano
1/2 Tbs magi seasoning
1/2 Tbs soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 to 2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Toppings- avocado, mayo
You can enjoy agua Chile with chips, tostadas, crackers, or you can use the cucumbers as chips.
- Make sure to soak the shrimp in lemon juice 10-15 minutes
- If you don’t have dried habanero or chipotles you can use fresh. It will change the flavor but will be equally delicious.
