Is the 100% LHR unlock FAKE?! I did an experiment and...

In this video I do two different test to find out if the new 100% LHR unlock for mining Ethereum at full hashrate in NBminer, T-rex miner etc is real or fake. I do this by comparing 4 different GPUs, 2 RTX 3070 LHR and 2 3070 NON-LHR. First I set up the LHR and NON-LHR GPUs with an in-line power meter to measure exactly how much power they are consuming. I then first run the NON-LHR RTX 3070 to see how much power it pulls, I then run the RTX 3070 LHR both with no LHR unlock, with the old 80% LHR unlock and with the new 100% LHR unlock to see if the LHR GPU behaves like we expect. I then do a more important test, where I mined on the GPUs for over 12 hours straight, in order to count the amount of share submitted by the GPUs. I mined on one full hashrate 3070 and one LHR 3070 in NBminer, and on one full hashrate and one LHR 3070 in T-rex miner with the old 80% LHR unlock. This way we can see for certain that the hashrate has truly been unlocked if the RTX 3070 LHR submits the same amount of shares as the two NON-LHR 3070s, and the 3070 LHR running with the 80% unlock submits less.
