5 Friendliest Amish Communities (and 2 NOT-so-Friendly...)

Which are the most friendly Amish communities to visit? I give you my list of 5 - and tell you why. I also share one well-known community that DIDN'T make the list...plus, 2 not-so-friendly Amish communities :(
