The discussions focus on environmental concerns and improving relations between oil companies and local residents. Speaking at the event, GPOC Community Development Director, Philip Mawien, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to fostering strong and positive relations with communities impacted by oil operations. GPOC Director of Planning, Simon Chol, emphasized the importance of training and capacity-building programs as key to achieving sustainable development and long-term community well-being.
