Eggless Scone Recipe | Pizza Scones | Blueberry Lemon Flavor

Hello Everyone,
This is my first time coming on You Tube. I am a bit nervous but I will get use to the camera very soon. Hope you love my recipe and if u make it please do share it.

INGREDIENTS:
Self Raising Flour - 350g
Salted Butter - 85g
Castor Sugar - 45g
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Zest of Lemon - 1
Milk - 150 ml

For topping:
Whip Cream - 125g
Blueberry Compote - 50 to 75g (According to taste)

Bake for 200°c for 15 mins
