Homemade | Vermicelli Salad | Asian Style Cooking

In this video, I will show you how to make Vermicelli Salad. This dish does require 2 hours of preparation. With all the work and time spent, it is well worth it. It tastes very freshing with a lot of herbs flavor. Definitely good to eat this during the summer time. This is very healthy dish no meat and you do not feel fat or greasy if you eat a lot.

Ingredients for 5 people serving:
2 Cucumbers
2 Bulbs of scallions
2 Bulbs of cilantro
1 garlic
1 onion
4 small bags of Vermicelli
Low sodium soy sauce
Sesame oil
Apple Vinegar
Lee Kum Kee Mushroom Vegetarian Stir Fry sauce
