CNBC Today On NVIDIA Stock After Jensen Huang Keynote - NVDA Update

Hosts of CNBC discuss NVIDIA and NVIDIA stock (NVDA stock) after NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang's GTC keynote. We learned a lot of details from Jensen Huang's keynote, as well as the Financial Analyst Q&A on Tuesday. Jensen revealed that he sees at least $1 trillion of cumulative revenue from Blackwell and Rubin through 2027 (cumulative 2025-2027). That does not include any Rubin Ultra revenue. It also does not include any revenue from Groq chips, the new NVIDIA Groq 3 LPX system, CPX, or CPU racks. All of these additional products are included in NVIDIA's datacenter revenue, but Jensen did not include revenue from these products in his $1 trillion revenue figure. Additionally, Jensen said in an interview on Tuesday that NVIDIA has 21 more months before the end of 2027 in which NVIDIA can receive additional orders. As I said the night of Jensen's keynote: there is plenty of time for NVIDIA to gain and fulfill additional Blackwell and Rubin orders before the end of 2027. Therefore, I expect cumulative Blackwell and Rubin revenue to be notably higher than $1 trillion by the end of 2027. Also during the Financial Analyst Q&A, NVIDIA CFO Colette Kress told us that NVIDIA has some commitments they have to deliver on in the first half of this year, but after that, they plan to use 50% of free cash flow for investor returns in the form of share repurchases and dividends. That is good news for long-term NVIDIA investors. I continue to be bullish on NVIDIA long-term. NVIDIA has multiple large long-term growth opportunities in front of it that are in addition to NVIDIA's current datacenter business. Sovereign AI, enterprise AI, AI-native startups, physical AI, and quantum computing are all large long-term growth opportunities for NVIDIA. Blackwell Ultra is ramping quickly, Rubin is on track to launch in 2026, we're expecting NVIDIA Groq 3 LPX in the second half of 2026, we're also expecting Rubin CPX at the end of 2026, then we're expecting Rubin Ultra in 2027, and later on we're expecting NVIDIA's Feynman in 2028. We have a clear datacenter product roadmap extending into 2028, and Jensen Huang believes there will be $3T-$4T of global AI factory buildout through 2030.
