Jeju Trip Day 4: Culture, Craters & Coastal Views

Today was packed with culture, nature, and coastal beauty on Jeju Island

Seongeup Folk Village (성읍민속마을)
Step into old Jeju at this preserved 100+ year-old village with traditional thatched houses, fortress walls, and stone guardians. It’s free to enter and open 24/7—just stroll around and soak up the past.
Address: 19 Seongeupjeonguihyeon-ro, Pyoseon-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju
Open all day (no ticket needed)

Sangumburi Crater (산굼부리)
A massive, serene crater covered in grasslands and native plants. It’s especially beautiful in spring and autumn.
Address: 768 Bijarim-ro, Jocheon-eup, Jeju-si
9:00–18:00 (last entry 17:10)
Entry: 6,000 KRW

Lunch in Seogwipo – A warm bowl of Jeju pork broth noodles hit the spot. Rich, milky broth + thin pork slices = Jeju comfort food at its best.

Seogwi Dawon (서귀다원)
A hidden gem teahouse surrounded by tea fields. We tasted local green tea and relaxed with panoramic views of the plantation
Address: 7431 Iljudong-ro, Seogwipo-si, Jeju
9:00–19:00

Jusangjeolli Cliff (주상절리대)
Massive basalt columns carved by ancient lava meeting the sea. Feels like nature’s version of modern art
Address: 36-30 Ieodo-ro, Seogwipo-si, Jeju
9:00–18:00
Entry: 2,000 KRW

Dinner at Ashley Buffet – All-you-can-eat feast with a cozy view to end the day right
