I want to talk to you guys about why I’m over renting in Los Angeles. To be clear, I don’t want to move out of LA or California we just don’t want to rent in LA anymore. We are looking to buy a home soon. I want to let you guys know why we are thinking about buying a home soon. We want to have the space and are ready to plant our flag here after being here for a year or so. We have been saving for a very long time to buy a home and it looks like we are moving closer to doing that soon. At the end of the day, there is nothing wrong with renting we are just entering into a new stage in life where we are ready to buy a home in California or the greater SoCal area. The only downside is that it will have to be out of the city and it may or may not be a little bit north of the city. It already depends, but here is our story on why we are over renting in Los Angeles!
