$16,500 for a brand new wheel loader

Bought a wheel loader from China. Have I gone completely crazy or can it be a good deal?
Why did I get a Kima 15 wheel loader from China?
Have for about 1.5 years been looking for a wheel loader. Here in Sweden they are either completely run out or really expensive.
Suddenly stumbling on someone who wrote about Chinese wheel loaders on a forum. Realizing that a completely now machine would be within my budget. I was very hesitant and started to read all the threads I could find about Chines loader. Are they rubbish and just problems? Or are they quite ok for someone not work with it, that will use it every now and then at the homestead?
