IF Vocaroo DOES NOT Work, Go to https://www.dropbox.com/ and create an account/login, upload an MP3 file, and the click "share" to the right side of the uploaded file, from there, click copy link, and a link will pop up at the bottom. Copy the link and paste it into the NotificationSounds plugin. Make sure you change the ending of the link from dl=0 to dl=1 otherwise the link will not work with the plugin!
