Garlic Mashed Potato Recipe

Ingredients List
————————
8 all rounder potatoes
1 tsp salt
Water to boil potatoes
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup Salted butter
1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
1 cup double cream / milk / half & half etc
Extra butter to place on too once serving

Always taste and adjust seasonings as my recipe acts only as a guide. Individual tastebuds are different and substitutions can be made throughout.) Terri
