The workout consists of 36 different exercises : 3 circuits 40s work + 20s rest (2 last exercises 60s of work without rest) x 2 rounds each

1. squat with side reaches 2. butt kicks
3. side to side jump 4. in&out jumps
5. jumps &punch 6. knee strikes
7. half burpees + fast feet 8. mountain climber& tap
9. diamond plank 10. toe taps jumps
11. stance switch punches 12. leg circle
1. punch jack 2. cross drive
3. side to side jumps 4. lunge combo
5. running mans 6. ski jumps
7. side kicks 8. lateral jumps
9. 2 jamping jacks & star 10. side to side jumprope
11. surrender lunges 12. knee elevated crunches w\ toe taps
1. toe taps + squat 2. hold plank
3. bicycle 4. in\out runs
5. sprinter knee to toes 6. reverse lunges
7. plank toe taps 8. squat & knee driver
9. plank & ankle tap 10. half burpees
11. x crunches 12. punches

I don't recommend doing this workout regularly, it's just a test of your endurance.
