How to Disable Two-Factor Authentication on n8n 🔐 | Quick & Secure Guide

Need to turn off two-factor authentication (2FA) on your n8n AI Automation account? Whether you’re switching devices or simplifying your login process, this tutorial shows you exactly how to disable 2FA securely using your desktop browser.

✅ 1️⃣ Log In to Your n8n Account
Go to your n8n dashboard and sign in with your email and password.

✅ 2️⃣ Click on Your Profile or Settings Icon
In the top-right corner, click your avatar or Settings menu.

✅ 3️⃣ Navigate to Security Settings
Look for the Security or Authentication section in the sidebar or menu tabs.

✅ 4️⃣ Locate the Two-Factor Authentication Option
You’ll see a section labeled “Two-Factor Authentication” or “2FA.”

✅ 5️⃣ Click ‘Disable’ or ‘Turn Off’
Click the button labeled “Disable 2FA”. You may be asked to verify your current password or enter a code from your authenticator app.
