FIX: Google Voice using Notification sound instead of Ringtone on Android

Demonstrated with Google Pixel 4a 5G (bramble) running Android 11.
Android 13: Settings→Notifications→App settings→Voice→Incoming call→Sound
Android 12: No Advanced option. Just select Sound. See https://i.imgur.com/uIgUxsM.jpeg
Note: Devices with modified Android may have different options.
