HOW TO MAKE THE BEST CHILE VERDE IN AN INSTANT POT | Chile Verde Nachos

Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make the best green chile in a instant pot, it’s seriously the best green Chile! Now if you don’t have an instant pot don’t worry you can still make it on stove top or crockpot, it will just take longer to cook 😊 and sear on different pan. Today im going to show you one of my family favorite way to enjoy them, in nachos!!! Of course you can serve this green Chile with a side or rice, beans and flour tortillas, burritos and you can also use pork if that’s your preference.

-Blender, vitamix a3500
-You can find all ingredients at your local Walmart, Frys, Safeway,Hispanic supermarket or Amazon!!!
-pots and pans are from Calphalon
-The rack I’m using is from a cooking sheet 😊

Ingredients:
Corn tortillas
Queso Oaxaca
3 lbs chuck tender roast or pot roast
12 green chiles or you can use Anaheim
Chile serrano I’m using 3
8 tomatillos
1 roma tomato
1/2 white onion
1/2 bunch cilantro
3 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp beef bouillon
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp oregano
Salt, I’m using 4 tsp
Black pepper, I’m using 1 tbsp
1 serving of love 💕
