My First Garlic Harvest

Last September I planted garlic for the first time. Ten months later the garlic is showing signs that it is ready to be harvested. Come along and see how my first garlic crop turned out.

I grow my vegetable garden in raised beds and pots in Zone 3 on the Canadian prairies.
