He has no eyes and the eyes are the windows to the soul. You could argue that eyes would have been too complicated to create, but the artist had no trouble creating the eye on the pyramid.

The people supporting the capstone and the all-seeing eye are your law enforcement, minor politicians. doctors, army, civil servants, etc. They are getting the Covid vaccine first which is what is planned by most governments and are starting to fall down, despite continuing to support the existing power structure.

It may seem odd to get rid of these people, but that's what happens at the start of a communist takeover. All these people will represent the biggest threat to the new power structure. In this case, they have to go first.

The people on the left smashing the cross into the pyramid are people of faith and those who are aware of what is currently happening. As is obvious, they are rebelling.

Finally, the dove above the germinating plant is representative of a new beginning. However, the dove is also missing its eyes. In this case, that whole side of the sculpture including the child is representative of what happens after the pyramid comes down. i.e A new beginning/world order that might look rosy, but is actually satanic. The sculpture as a whole is showing us the current state of the world and what will soon come. It is also inviting people to choose their side.

You can read even more into this if you look at how the germinating seedling looks similar to some big agriculture (GMO) company logos, and how the child comes to be after the arrival of the Covid vaccine, which itself looks likely to be a DNA altering vaccine. This could imply that facilitating the arrival of the antichrist is only possible by meddling with human DNA.
