Mar y Tierra Sushi roll Recipe 🍣

I am certainly not a Sushi chef 👩‍🍳
I am bringing this recipe to you for entertainment and to inspire you to make something yummy and flavorful. The sushi is very good, and hard to find where I live. So I decided to try to make my own. & I think I nailed it. Thank you for watching 💕

Ingredients:

Nori
Rice (2 cups was enough for 3 rolls)
Rice vinegar
Beef
Shrimp
Cream cheese
Cucumber
Salt
Sugar
Made my own spicy mayo (mayonnaise + chili paste + Sriracha)

Mixed (soy sauce + lime juice + orange juice) for extra flavor

Also marinated my Jalapeño in soy sauce and grilled it

Shredded some carrots 🥕
